Decal restrictions will be lifted in all RED I and III, COMMUTER, PARK-N-RIDE, SCOOTER ZONE, and ALL DECAL lots Monday, June 23, 1997 through Friday, June 27, 1997.
All ORANGE, BLUE, AND FAMILY HOUSING lot restrictions will remain in effect.
Meter enforcement will be lifted in all areas except the Health Center.
Enforcement will be reinstated in all areas Monday, June 30, 1997.
Decal restrictions will be lifted in all areas on Friday, July 4, 1997 which is an official University Holiday.

In order to be processed in FY 96-97 business, E&G budget conversions which do not involve the salary category must be processed on or before June 10, 1997. Please process these transactions on-line using the Budget Transfer and Conversion system. All transactions must be processed in whole dollars. This date does not supersede deadlines established by the Academic Personnel Office for salary items.

Standard (A) Class Bulk-Rate Mail can be used when mailing identical printed or duplicated material to 200 or more individual addresses. The mail pieces must meet specific guidelines and must be presorted by zip code to be accepted at the bulk mail rate. No single pieces of mail can be sent using the bulk permit stamp.

All student assistant appointment forms (S/P 100s) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997 must reach the Student Employment Section no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 1997.
Federal Work-Study (FWS) students whose appointment forms (S/P 100s) are not received by June 18, 1997 at the 4:00 p.m. deadline CANNOT begin working until July 1, 1997.

It is time to begin planning for June 30, 1997, year-end closing. Departments are encouraged to submit invoices for payment as early as possible to ensure payment from current year funds. Outstanding encumbrances should be reviewed and any which are not needed should be closed.
