In pursuit of the University of Florida’s vision to process and report key UF business activities within the same accounting system, Business Affairs initiated a project to integrate selected UF Direct Support Organizations (DSO) into the myUFL systems.
The project began in August 2006.
The integration of the DSOs into myUFL will occur this weekend (June 16 and 17, 2007). This means that all on-line financial (FI) applications in myUFL will be unavailable during this time. […]

I am pleased to announce that the university has renegotiated a centralized contract for recruitment advertising with The Chronicle of Higher Education. The newly established contract will provide up to a 20% discount for all print display ads and an unlimited amount of web-only ads. The new contract represents significant savings on both print and web ads.

In an effort to make the process of submitting supporting documentation to Accounts Payable for voucher approval a more efficient operation, the University has made available a fax imaging solution. Supporting documentation for all vouchers created by your department and all vouchers created to pay PCard expenditures can now be faxed into the MyUFL Accounts Payable system.
