The International Center (UFIC) announces the establishment of the International Speakers Program. The objective of the Program is to encourage discussion and debate at UF on major international and global issues by providing matching funds to departments, schools, and colleges that bring speakers to campus to address issues with an international or global focus of broad interest.

Libraries Launch RefeXpress Virtual Reference

The George A. Smathers Libraries announce the launch of the online reference service, RefeXpress, with a reception/demonstration for UF faculty on Thursday, February 22, 1-4 p.m. in room 107 of the Marston Science Library. Refreshments will be served at the reception.

Engineering Fair to Impact O’Connell Center Parking

Please note that the top level of the O’Connell Center parking garage has been reserved for attendees of the Engineering Fair from Tuesday, February 13, through Thursday, February 15, 2001, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The North Endzone grass parking lot has been reserved on February 13 and 15 for people displaced from their usual parking spaces. The North Endzone grass lot is not available for overflow parking on Wednesday, February 14, 2001.
