New income tax withholding rates will go into effect in 1997. The table for Percentage Method of Withholding shown on the reverse side may be used to determine your 1997 biweekly withholding tax.

The Office of the State Comptroller has advised us that employer provided educational assistance established under Internal Revenue Code Section 127 will be taxable compensation and reportable on the employee’s Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement.
