Summer B Residence Hall Move-in begins Wednesday June 24 and continues through Sunday June 28 in the following residence halls:

East Campus: Reid, Yulee and Mallory Halls; Beaty Towers

North Campus: Murphree, Sledd, and Fletcher Halls

West Campus: East Hall, Keys Residential Complex, Lakeside Residential Complex and Springs Residential Complex

The UF community will be welcoming around 2,700 Summer B campus residents and their families.

Ceremonies: This summer, there will be two (2) university-wide commencement ceremonies – a Doctoral Degree Ceremony (Friday, August 7th at 4:00pm) and a ceremony for Master’s, Specialist’s, and Bachelor’s Degree candidates (Saturday, August 8th at 10:00am). 2014-2015 Fiscal Year End Closing

It is that time of year again to prepare for the annual closing of the fiscal year. The 2014-2015 fiscal year ends on June 30, 2015. The scheduled date for closing the General Ledger for the 2015 fiscal year is Monday, July 13, 2015.

Please note the early deadline of May 7, 2015 for requisitions on appropriated funds for orders above $75,000 that require competitive bidding.
