I am pleased to announce that we have received final approval from the federal Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for our new Indirect Cost rates. These new rates have been negotiated over the past several months with the DHHS to apply to our sponsored programs. The rates have been negotiated through fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
