the Payroll Services, Finance and Accounting website at: http://www.fa.ufl.edu/directives/payroll-schedules.
The schedule includes Time and Labor deadlines as well as the Human Resource office’s
deadlines to assure that all supporting documents are received in time for approval for
the next payday.

The University has calculated the new proposed pooled fringe rates for fiscal year 2022-2023 and has submitted them to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Although we do not expect any objections, the proposed rates are subject to DHHS approval and should be used with that understanding in your planning for fiscal year 2022-2023. The rates, when approved, will be effective July 1, 2022.
