The University of Florida implemented a site license agreement with Microsoft that allows UF employees to use the Microsoft Windows XP Professional Desktop Operating System Upgrade and the Microsoft Office Professional for Windows and/or Macintosh under the “Work at Home” agreement. All special and overtime compensatory leave on balance as of May 5 will be cashed out during the pay period ending May 19, 2005. Overtime and special compensatory leave earned after May 5 will be part of the 2005-06 fiscal year balances.
