The University Women’s Club awards scholarships each spring to undergraduate Juniors and Seniors. These awards are named in honor of the wives of past University of Florida Presidents and distinguished administrators.

The requirements for consideration include full time enrollment at the University of Florida, current Junior or Senior status, a minimum of a 3.6 GPA, and participation in campus and/ or community activities. New IT Classifications Become Effective February 2

On February 2, 2004, the University of Florida will formally adopt new information technology position classifications and recruitment procedures. The new classification system will permanently replace all existing non-exempt and exempt position titles and minimum experience and education requirements for newly established, vacant, or reclassified positions.

I am authorized to sign certain contractual agreements on behalf of the University of Florida pursuant to state law and delegation from the Board of Trustees. In various instances that authorization has been delegated to other University officials. Delegation of Authority for Approving Certain Travel Per Diem and Subsistence under Section 112.061(4)(b)

As the designee of the Board of Trustees to approve travel per diem or subsistence for any University of Florida employee stationed in a city or town for more than thirty (30) continuous workdays pursuant to Section 112.061(4)(b), Florida Statutes, I further delegate this authority to the Provost and the Deans and Directors of the University of Florida.

Library West Services

Senior library staff have held more than a dozen meetings with faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students. Preparation and Training Opportunities for PeopleSoft Systems
