The textbook adoption system for Summer and Fall 2020 is now
available to faculty and departments to submit their textbook adoptions and
materials requirements. Please visit http://www.textadoption.ufl.edu/ to
enter Summer and Fall 2020 adoptions.
In order to facilitate timely ordering of materials by the UF
Bookstore, please submit Summer and Fall adoptions, by March 23, 2020.
For compliance with Florida Statutes, please submit adoptions no
later than the following:
Summer

Applications to request Distance Learning
Fees for the Summer and Fall 2020 terms are now being accepted through
PeopleSoft. All departmental applications should be submitted no later than Monday,
February 10, 2020 and Dean’s approval is required by Friday, February
14.
(Reminder, DL Fees applications are
required each semester for all courses as they are not carried over.)

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed by
Congress in December 2017 affected employer-provided qualified transportation
fringe benefits, including workplace parking plans. Beginning in 2018, the Employee parking costs
were no longer a deductible expense, meaning they were subject to Social
Security (or FICA Alternative for participating employees), Medicare and
