Applications to establish or adjust Material and Supply Fees and Equipment Use Fees for the Summer and Fall 2014 Term are now being accepted. All departmental requests should be submitted no later than February 7, 2014 and Deans approvals by February 14, 2014. This year’s benefits Open Enrollment period runs October 21 through November 8. The deadline to enroll or make changes is Friday, November 8, 2013, at 6 p.m. EST. During Open Enrollment, employees may make new elections and/or changes to all state, UFSelect and GatorCare plans for which they are eligible. Any changes made during this time will become effective January 1, 2014.

On September 10, 2013, the new training – Explaining UF Cash/Check Controls (TRM200) – was made available to campus. This training is designed to promote an understanding of the university requirements associated with cash/check deposits and is intended for all university employees who receive, process and/or reconcile deposits.
