In an effort to ensure fair compensation of all University of Florida employees, the university establishes a minimum salary for all Postdoctoral Associates at the University of Florida, effective October 1, 2013, to be no less than the minimum graduate student stipends. The minimum graduate student stipend amounts, effective October 1, are as follows:
