Applications for Distance Learning Fees for the Summer and Fall 2016 terms are now being accepted through PeopleSoft. All departmental applications should be submitted no later than Friday, February 12, 2016, and Dean’s approval is required by Friday, February 19.
(Reminder, DL Fees applications are required each semester as they are no longer carried over.)

The Office of Research strongly recommends that proposals be submitted to the Division of Sponsored Programs (DSP) at least 2 business days prior to the sponsor’s published deadline. This will provide DSP with sufficient time to secure all necessary internal approvals, and to identify any issues within the proposal materials that are inconsistent with the sponsor’s submission requirements that may result in the proposal being rejected by the sponsor without review.

This means that only Pepsi products (including Aquafina bottled water and Gatorade) may be served on campus, or at the University Athletic Association, UF Foundation, UF Health and Shands Hospital properties.
